INFOCOMEDY

The "Shrink and the nut" is an infocomedy routine developed by the sister-brother duo of Dr. Anjali Chhabria (a renowned Psychiatrist) and Atul Khatri (a famous Standup Comic). The routine is ideal as a 1 hour session during strategy meets, partner meets, seminars and offsites.

Ashish has conducted the largest number of workshops on behalf of the Mindtemple Institute of Behavioral Sciences for all His program titled “Are We Fine Today” has become the flagship program for the institute. In addition, he has also conducted programs titled “Alone But Not Lonely, “Leadership in a Changing and a Virtual World”, and “The Impact of Exclusion’. Ashish has also been invited by the Bombay Psychiatric Society and the Indian Psychiatric Society to conduct workshops on Grief, Loss and Bereavement.

In the experiential workshop ‘Switching from Distress to Destress’, with the consistent attendance of 244 participants, Anisha received comments as a presenter, such as “your voice is so soothing, incomparable” “need more sessions like these”, “thanks for observing and correcting our techniques virtually while we were practising” “you are a wonderful speaker” and so on. The participants also reported feeling “calm”, “lighter”, “relaxed and sleepy”, “mind is wandering less” and “at peace” towards the end of the session. 100% participants also report a significant decline in their stress levels, by 50-80% at the end of each session.

Anisha is a practicing Psychologist for over twelve years, holding a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She believes in ‘changing the world one mind at a time’, aiming to emotionally empower individuals to not only cope with distress but flourish amidst life adversities. She is trained in diagnosis and treatment of various psychological issues from adolescent to geriatric, through counselling (individual, couple, family) and psychological testing (emotional, behavioural, personality).

Major areas of his study, skillset and expertise include depression, trauma work, grief, loss and bereavement, suicidology, childhood issues and counseling individuals who identify as gay and lesbian.

Chaitali Hirani holds a master's degree in applied psychology. She is trained in various schools of psychotherapy as well as psychometric testing. Her area of expertise includes dealing with issues related to mood, personality, behaviour, anxiety and marital discord.

Diya Khatri

Diya has completed her Master of Arts in Psychology from Maniben Nanavati Women’s College (M.N.W.C). As a part of her course curriculum, she interned at J.J. Hospital and Mindtemple aiming to fill the rhetoric-action gap on a diverse population. She is trained and experienced in conducting and reporting of various psychological assessments (intelligence, cognitive, emotional and behavioral).

Dr Prerna Khar has done her MBBS and MD (Psychiatry) from B.J. Government Medical college,Pune. She has worked at Sion hospital, the Deaddiction centre at KEM Hospital and at the Mental Health Clinic at Nair Hospital.

Meher Nariman has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the R A Podar College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai and a Diploma in Financial Management from Prin.
